Captain Basil Hall












(Born: December 31, 1788 - Died: September 11, 1844)

British naval officer, traveller and author. His best work is considered to be Fragments of Voyages and Travels (1831-1833). He was born in Edinbugrh, Scotland, and died in Portsmouth, England.
