Miss Susan V. C. Ingram

(Born: 1831 - Died: 1917)

As a young girl, Miss Ingram heard Poe lecture in Norfolk, and for her he copied out a full manuscript of “Ulalume.” She is buried in Elmwood Cemetery, Norfolk, VA. Her father was John Ingram (born about 1800).
