There is no table of contents in the original. One has been created here merely for purposes of convenience.

The title page essentially repeats the text portion of the paper wrappers, with one exception. Although there is space on the title page for an em-dash preceding the name of William Cowper, there is no actual dash, as there is on the wrappers. All surviving copies appear to have the same anomaly.
