(Born: 1809 - Died: December 12, 1878)

American artist and author. He was born in New York City, to Samuel and Ann Osborn. His father was a prominent physician. Laughton Osborn graduated from what is now Columbia University in 1827. He died in New York City and is buried in Green-Wood Cemetery.
