TO THE EDITOR OF THE SUN — Sir: In a recent issue you referred to the homes of Edgar Allan Poe in New York, In my collection is a letter written by a Charles C. Curtis which reads: “During the year 1844 was my roommate and companion. We boarded with Mrs. Foster at No. 4 Ann street. General Tom Thumb was also a boarder there.” C.
